Butter is the only raw material used in Ghee manufacturing. Butter is available only in milk. Hence we started our own Milk plants in Tamil Nadu at Vazhapadi in Salem District in 2010 and our 2nd Unit in Denkanikottai at Hosur, Krishnagiri District in 2014. From these two milk plants, we produce cow butter and manufacture ghee. We do not source butter from outside. So consistency in the quality of ghee is assured.
We produce 10000kgs - 15000kgs of Cow Butter per day and manufacture Ghee. We manufacture Butter & Ghee hygienically with a well-equipped Plant and Machinery. We also have advanced Gas Chromatography (GC) testing facility in our lab to ensure that every batch of Butter & Ghee meets the highest standards of purity and richness. We supply our SKC Butter & Ghee to various restaurants and sweet manufacturers in TamilNadu and to a few leading restaurants and sweet manufacturers in Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, and also in North India.
